The Delhi Schedule of Rates (E&M) 2022 is a revision of Delhi Schedule of Rates (E&M) 2018 and takes into account the increased cost of labour, the changes in material cost and the effect of GST on Works Contracts. Since 2013 it was renamed as Delhi Schedule of Rates (E&M) as it incorporated items related to HVAC works also. However in 2012, both parts were combined into one for the sake of user’s convenience. Till 2007, Schedule of Rates for Electrical Works used to be published in two parts i.e. The first compilation of Schedule of Rates for Electrical Works took place as far back as in 1935 and thereafter a number of revision editions were issued to meet with requirements of up-gradation of technology and changes in the prevailing market rates. This Delhi Schedule of Rates (E&M) is a comprehensive document which is widely followed by these organisations.
